Any company with a valid Hong Kong Business Registration (BR) Certificate is eligible to apply. Documentary requirements are as follow:

1. A completed application form for Consulate Endorsement Facilitation (CEF) Service
2. Documents to be endorsed by consulate (1 original+ 1 copy, which will be kept by the Chamber )
3. Any documents the Chamber may deem necessary

Prepared documents should be faxed to 852-2787 7477 or email to cef@chamber.org.hk for checking. Then the documents together with payment / payment record should be sent to any one of the certification branches

1. By Cash or Chamber’s PaySmart
2. By Cheque (payable to The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce)
3. Via TT to Chamber’s account

      In accordance to the consulate requirements, Chamber Certification is a prerequisite for consulate endorsement.
