1. Preparation of Documents

Any Hong Kong company with a valid Hong Kong Business Registration (BR) Certificate is eligible to apply. Documentary requirements are as follows:

1. An application form (CBI-F); and
2. A copy of business registration certificate; and
3. Document(s) to support the company qualification & profile; and
4. Document(s) the Chamber may deem necessary

2. Pre-Lodgment Check

1. Collect application forms at any HKGCC certification branches or download the forms here.
2. Submit / Email application(s) and related supporting document(s) directly to certification branches / emails.

3. Lodgment & Payment Methods

Once you received our pre-approval message, bring the application form, documents and payment together to our Mongkok certification branch for lodgement.

Payments shall be made at counters:

1. By Cash
2. By Chamber's PaySmart
3. By Cheque (payable to The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce)
